For Team lead- Security (Client facing)

Role & responsibilities

This position will focus on the implementation and execution of the Perimeter Security plans. The responsibility includes team management, control and oversight of perimeter security operations for respective building/campus/city.

The TL will be accountable and play a key role in ensuring robust perimeter security & surveillance operations; adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and their review & update at desired intervals. The Team Lead will also be responsible for capacity build (where necessary) and training of the surveillance and patrolling team.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-2 years of practical experience in corporate environment. Freshers may also apply

• Ability to operate effectively under extreme circumstances including stress, and security & safety risks
• Demonstrate awareness and sensitivity to gender and diversity, ability to work in diverse cultural contexts in an appropriate manner
• Excellent English and Hindi communication skills and working knowledge local language skills desirable
