Process Executive

We are hiring Process Executives for our operations team in Bangalore. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
• Handle customer communication through phone and email
• Follow up with customers regarding invoice-related issues
• Manage invoice aging and resolve customer disputes
• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution
• Work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks
• Maintain process compliance and quality standards
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams

Requirements:
• Bachelors degree required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Good multitasking and system handling skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Quick learner with positive attitude
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Willingness to work in night shifts and from office
