Food Technologist Quality Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Food Technologist Quality Executive to oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations in a coffee and chocolate company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage daily production activities as per demand forecasts and production plans.
• Do QC tests on all production batches
• Do lab tests on daily batches
• Ensure production targets are met in terms of quantity, quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
• Monitor and optimize machine utilization, manpower deployment, and process efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, GMP, and safety norms.
• Collaborate with quality assurance for inspections, audits, and continuous improvement.
• Implement process improvements, productivity enhancements, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of FMCG manufacturing processes
• Hands-on experience in production planning, process control, and manpower management
• Knowledge of Quality, Food Technology, Lab
