Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing HACCP and Food Safety Management Systems
• Support food safety inspections and hygiene audits
• Identify food safety hazards and assist in risk assessment
• Assist with monitoring CCP Critical Control Points
• Support preparation and maintenance of HACCP documentation
• Conduct food hygiene and safety awareness activities
• Assist in internal audits and compliance inspections
• Support corrective and preventive actions
• Maintain food safety records and reports
• Work with food production, kitchen, catering and quality teams

HACCP TRAINING & CAREER DEVELOPMENT

Selected candidates will be guided to develop their knowledge in:

HACCP Principles
Food Safety & Hygiene
Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment
Critical Control Points (CCP)
Food Safety Auditing
HACCP Documentation
ISO 22000 Food Safety Management Systems
Internal Audit Practices
