Job Description of Food Outlets & Laundry Management

Profile 1- Grievance redressal management

• Monitoring and assessing daily concerns raised by the users.
• Complete grip on the complaint mechanism system.
• Closing of loops of the concerns raised with proper investigation and give final solution to the users.
• Monthly vendor service feedback collection and review.
• Arranging monthly vendor meetings & rolling agendas
• Daily operations checks & support & lost laundry
• To coordinate with the inter-department for university laundry[Food dept, Guest House, VIP Laundry, etc.]

Profile 2 – Legal Compliance, Document Maintenance & Billing

• Maintaining a track of agreement expiry, renewal, and new clauses.
• Keeping track of FSSAI expiry & renewal; follow up with vendors
• Maintaining staff data—compliance, records [medical, PCC, ID, etc.] & necessary trainings [FOSTAC]
• Preparing & rolling monthly rental invoices to the vendor partners
• Maintaining records of defaulters.
• Regular follow-up with the defaulters
• Coordination with JGU security dept for staff gate entry, vehicle movement, staff ID card preparation, etc.
• Coordination with the vendors for any staff disciplinary issues, mental well-being, alcohol issues, etc.
• Ensure compliance with minimum wages, PF, ESI, and other applicable statutory requirements for all laundry workers deployed.
