Position: Food Inspector

Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai

Experience: 38 years in Seafood Processing, Food Quality, QA/QC or Food Inspection

Roles:

• Identify non-conformities and support RCA/CAPA and corrective actions.
• Conduct or support factory, process, supplier, and product audits where required.
• Maintain proper inspection records and documentation.
• Support technical discussions with clients regarding product specifications, inspection requirements, and quality standards.
• Assist in techno-commercial activities such as understanding client requirements, scope of inspection and service requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of seafood processing and quality control.
• Hands-on experience in seafood inspection / QA / QC.
• Knowledge of export quality requirements and seafood export documentation.
• Good understanding of HACCP, GMP, GHP, SSOP and food safety systems.
• Experience in preparing inspection and quality reports.
• Good communication and client coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently at processing plants, warehouses and client locations.
• Good analytical and documentation skills.
