Food And Beverage Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

To manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient service delivery, high standards of food safety and customer satisfaction, effective cost and inventory control, and achievement of revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure quality food and beverage service.
• Supervise, guide, and motivate restaurant staff to achieve operational and service standards.
• Drive the achievement of restaurant revenue and sales targets through effective planning and operational initiatives.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract walk-in guests and increase food and beverage sales.
• Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate corrective actions to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Monitor food and beverage costs, stock levels, daily consumption of raw materials, and usage of restaurant amenities.
• Prepare MIS reports and coordinate with kitchen, stores, finance, and other departments.
• Oversee dining area operations, food and beverage service, and staff deployment to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Monitor service quality, staff grooming, cleanliness, and overall restaurant presentation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and other applicable operational standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualification in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in F&B or restaurant operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Good communication, leadership, customer-handling, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and POS systems.
• Knowledge of current food and beverage trends, service standards, and industry best practices.
