Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of F&B outlets, ensuring seamless service delivery to guests.
  
• Oversee banquet operations, including planning, execution, and evaluation of events.
  
• Develop menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements while maintaining high standards of quality.
  
• Ensure efficient inventory management, minimizing waste and optimizing stock levels.
  
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping) to ensure smooth hotel operations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in food & beverage management or related field (hotels/restaurants).
  
• Strong knowledge of hospitality industry trends, practices, and regulations.
