Food and Beverage Associate

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional guest service by ensuring prompt and courteous attention to all guests' needs.
• Assist with food and beverage operations, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Support steward activities such as setting tables, serving meals, and clearing dishes in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping) to ensure seamless service delivery.

Job Requirements :

• 0-4 years of experience in hospitality industry or related field (hotel management).
• Strong knowledge of BHM (Beverage & Hospitality Management) principles and practices.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in IHM (International Hotel Management) systems or similar software.
