Job Title: Follow-Up Executive Vendor / Supply Chain

Experience: 1–4 Years

Qualification: Graduate – Any Discipline

Industry: Retail / FMCG / Supply Chain preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with vendors for orders, supplies, dispatches and deliveries.
• Follow up regularly with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials/products.
• Track Purchase Orders, pending orders and delivery status.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Warehouse and Accounts teams.
• Maintain vendor-wise records and prepare pending order / supply status reports.
• Identify delays or shortages and escalate issues to the concerned team.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely updating of supply-related data.
• Maintain regular communication with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Candidate Profile:

• Good communication and strong follow-up skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Organized, proactive and comfortable handling multiple vendors/orders.
• Experience in Vendor Coordination / Purchase / Supply Chain preferred.
• Immediate joiners / Short Notice candidates preferred.
