Fmcg Merchandiser

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase brand awareness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute product launches, promotions, and events that meet business objectives.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, making recommendations for adjustments to inventory management and assortment planning.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all aspects of merchandise operations.

Job Requirements :

• 1-2 years of experience in FMCG marketing or merchandising role.
• Strong understanding of FMCG industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor analysis.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders including suppliers, customers, internal teams.
