Drive retail sales growth by achieving assigned targets for FMCG, FMCD, or building material products.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and channel partners.
Conduct market visits to identify business opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and gather customer feedback.
Implement promotional campaigns, merchandising activities, and trade marketing initiatives effectively.
Track sales performance, prepare periodic reports, and ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
Coordinate with internal teams to maintain product availability, resolve customer concerns, and expand market presence.
