Job Summary

Expedia Groups Corporate Finance team is looking for a Finance Manager who will be responsible for the forecasting, reporting, and analysis of the companys free cash flow. You will dive deep to gain a comprehensive understanding of the drivers of our free cash flow and deliver insightful analyses and narratives to senior leadership.

Reporting to the Finance Director for Below the Line, you will serve as a key finance partner to Treasury and work closely with Business Finance teams, Accounting, Finance Technology, and Tax. Success will come from curiosity, a passion for diving into complex problems and improving processes, effective story-telling, and an ability to cultivate relationships across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Own working capital, balance sheet, and free cash flow forecasting, reporting, and analyses
• Provide insightful narratives related to working capital, free cash flow, and cash
• Contribute to executive-level presentations and provide support to Investor Relations
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and data support for key partners and finance leadership
• Enhance existing forecasting models and increase rigor in processes
• Gather, define, and drive requirements for and prioritize projects to improve reporting functionality, forecasting accuracy, and automation

Who you are

• BA/BS degree or higher required
• 5+ years of FP&A or similar experience with increasing responsibility. Investment banking experience is desired
• Strong understanding of the interplay of the three financial statements
• Advanced analytical and modeling skills (including three-statement modeling experience)
• Proven capability to succinctly and visually synthesize findings; excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proven capability in using AI tools to improve processes
• Exhibit intellectual curiosity, ownership, and a focus on continuous improvement
• Exhibit great attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and work independently within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud EPM Planning is desired
