Ability to coordinate with technical teams, including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), AC, and HVAC technicians.

Capable of acting as the primary liaison between the client and the company management.

Experience in managing project takeover and handover processes.

Ability to plan, allocate, and manage manpower efficiently.

Knowledge of and experience in handling soft services operations and related tasks.
