Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Mobile & Web Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Flutter, Dart, Vue.js, and TypeScript to design, develop, integrate, and maintain scalable mobile and web applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Flutter mobile application development along with Vue.js and TypeScript-based web application development. The candidate should have a strong understanding of application architecture, reusable components, API integration, security, performance optimization, testing, and CI/CD.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Design and develop responsive web applications using Vue.js and TypeScript.
• Build reusable UI components and shared application modules.
• Develop scalable frontend architecture for both mobile and web platforms.
• Integrate applications with REST APIs and backend services.
• Implement authentication, authorization, secure session/token management, and API security.
• Develop reusable services, state-management modules, utilities, and common components.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues across Flutter, Vue.js, TypeScript, APIs, and backend integrations.
• Optimize application performance, startup time, rendering, network usage, and memory consumption.
• Implement unit, widget/component, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Participate in architecture discussions, technical design, code reviews, and estimation.
• Collaborate with backend, QA, DevOps, security, product, and architecture teams.
• Contribute to coding standards, development guidelines, technical documentation, and engineering best practices.

Preferred / Good to Have

• Experience in Banking, FinTech, Payments, UPI, or digital financial services.
• Experience developing applications across Flutter + Vue.js + TypeScript in the same product ecosystem.
• Experience building reusable frontend design systems/component libraries.
• Experience with micro-frontends is an advantage.
• Experience with Web Sockets.
• Experience with PWA development.
• Experience with Firebase, analytics, crash reporting, or application monitoring.
• Experience with Docker and containerized web deployments.
• Experience with accessibility standards such as WCAG.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

What We Expect

The candidate should be a hands-on engineer capable of working across mobile and web layers, rather than being limited to Flutter UI development.

The candidate should be able to independently take a feature from UI state management business logic API integration security testing build/release across Flutter and Vue.js/TypeScript.

Strong emphasis will be placed on hands-on coding ability, architecture, TypeScript fundamentals, Vue.js internals, Flutter expertise, API integration, security, performance, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
