Flutter Tech Lead- Steve

Summary:

• Develops and maintains cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter/Dart and React.
• Delivers features across multiple mobile and web apps, integrating with backend APIs (GraphQL/REST).
• Ensures high-quality mobile UX, responsiveness, and platform-specific behaviour (iOS Android).
• Actively participates in testing, debugging, deployment, and operational support.

Mandatory Skills (in order of importance):

1. Flutter Dart (cross-platform mobile development)
2. TypeScript / JavaScript
3. React (Hooks, Context API, functional components)
4. GraphQL - Apollo Client Apollo Server
5. Node. js (Express. js)
6. State management (Riverpod, Bloc, or React Context)
7. Unit, widget UI testing (flutter_test, Jest, Playwright)

Advantageous Skills:

• MongoDB (Mongoose)
• REST API integration (Axios, Dio)
• Mobile platform knowledge (iOS Android lifecycle, push notifications, permissions)
• Firebase (analytics, push notifications)
• Fastlane / Xcode / Android Studio (build release pipelines)
• Ant Design (antd) component library
• react-intl (internationalization)
• AWS Lambda (Node. js)
• RBAC, JWT authentication
• BMW SCP. apps (Integrate) platform experience
• SonarQube

• Practical experience with Flutter and Dart (5+ years).
• Good understanding of mobile app development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with state management solutions (Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Basic knowledge of native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C).
• Experience with Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Push Notifications).
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
• Awareness of CI/CD practices for mobile apps.

• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creating intuitive, user-friendly mobile apps.
• Ability to work collaboratively and take guidance from senior developers.
