About The Role We are looking for an experienced

Flutter Developer to build high-quality, scalable, and high-performance cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in

Dart , mobile application architecture, API integration, and modern development practices. You will work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and product teams to deliver seamless mobile experiences while ensuring performance, security, and maintainability. Key ResponsibilitiesMobile Application Development

• Design and develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components.
• Develop responsive applications for Android and iOS devices.
• Deliver pixel-perfect implementations based on UI/UX designs. API Integration
• Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, Firebase, and third-party SDKs.
• Collaborate with backend developers to design efficient data exchange.
• Implement secure authentication, authorization, and session management.
• Manage local data synchronization and offline capabilities. Performance & Quality
• Optimize application performance, memory usage, and battery efficiency.
• Implement clean architecture and coding best practices.
• Perform unit testing, widget testing, and integration testing.
• Monitor application crashes and resolve bugs proactively.
• Ensure smooth app performance across different devices and OS versions. Deployment & Maintenance
• Publish and manage applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Automate build and release processes using CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide post-release support, maintenance, and feature enhancements.
• Monitor application health using analytics and crash reporting tools. Collaboration
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to deliver outstanding user experiences.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure application quality.
• Prepare technical documentation and maintain coding standards.

Required Skills

• 5–10 years of experience in mobile application development.
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Strong knowledge of: + Flutter Framework + Dart Programming + Cross-Platform Mobile Development
• Experience with mobile architecture patterns: + MVVM + BLoC + Provider + Riverpod
• Experience integrating: + REST APIs + GraphQL APIs + Firebase + Third-party SDKs
• Knowledge of local storage technologies: + SQLite + Hive
• Experience implementing push notifications and cloud synchronization.
• Familiarity with Git version control and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Native Android development (Java/Kotlin).
• Native iOS development (Swift/Objective-C).
• Flutter Web and Flutter Desktop development.
• Firebase, AWS Amplify, or Google Cloud Platform integration.
• Mobile application security best practices.
• Performance optimization for large-scale mobile applications.
• Experience with: + Firebase Crashlytics + AppDynamics + Mobile Analytics
• CI/CD tools for automated build and deployment pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
