Flutter Developer

We are seeking an experienced Flutter Developer with 6+ years of overall experience and strong expertise in developing secure, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the banking or financial services domain and possess excellent technical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Build secure, scalable, and high-performing applications for banking and financial services.
• Collaborate with product managers, backend developers, QA engineers, and UX/UI designers.
• Implement secure coding practices, authentication mechanisms, encryption, and secure data storage.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and efficiently manage application state.
• Optimize application performance, stability, and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of software development experience with strong expertise in Flutter and Dart.
• Proven experience in banking, financial services, FinTech, or digital payments applications.
• Strong understanding of mobile application security, including encryption, secure storage, and authentication.
• Hands-on experience with state management frameworks such as Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, or GetX.
• Strong knowledge of REST API integration and JSON handling.
• Good understanding of Android and iOS application lifecycles.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and mobile application deployment.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with payment gateways, digital wallets, and KYC integrations.
• Knowledge of Flutter Web and Desktop application development.
• Hands-on experience with Firebase, monitoring tools, and crash analytics.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
