Flutter / Android Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development: Design and build cross-platform mobile applications for Android & iOS using Flutter & Dart.
• Native Android Integration: Utilize Java/Kotlin to develop or integrate native Android modules, custom native plugins, and platform channels when necessary.
• State Management & Architecture: Implement clean architecture patterns (e.g., BLoC, Provider, or Riverpod) to keep the codebase modular, testable, and maintainable.
• API Integration: Integrate RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and third-party libraries/SDKs for real-time updates, authentication, and payments.
• UI/UX Implementation: Translate Figma/Adobe XD wireframes and mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive Flutter screens and custom widgets.
• Performance Optimization: Diagnose and fix performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, app size issues, and UI rendering glitches.
• Testing & Quality Control: Write unit, widget, and integration tests to ensure app stability and high code quality.
• Deployment: Manage end-to-end deployment workflows, app signing, and release management on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 2 to 6 years of professional mobile app development experience, with at least 2+ years dedicated to Flutter.
• Core Technologies: Proficiency in Dart, Flutter SDK, and native Android development using Kotlin or Java.
• State Management: Hands-on experience with state management solutions (BLoC, Riverpod, Provider, or GetX).
• Networking & Databases: Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON parsing, asynchronous programming (async/await), and local storage engines (SQLite, Hive, Isar, or Room).
• Platform Channels: Practical experience writing MethodChannels and EventChannels to bridge Flutter with native Android SDKs.
• Firebase Services: Experience with Firebase suite (FCM Push Notifications, Crashlytics, Analytics, Remote Config, Auth).
• Version Control & CI/CD: Proficient with Git, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines for mobile deployment (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, or Codemagic).
• Tools: Expert in using Android Studio, VS Code, and Flutter DevTools.Role & responsibilities
