• Assist customers with new bank account opening and related documentation.
• Collect and verify customer details required for account opening.
• Perform KYC verification as per bank procedures and applicable guidelines.
• Verify Aadhaar and other customer identification documents as required.
• Enter and update customer information accurately in the banking/CRM system.
• Check customer forms and applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Assist customers in filling out account opening forms and application forms.
• Verify customer details such as name, address, mobile number, date of birth, and other required information.
