Floor Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations on the shop floor and ensure targets are met.
• Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and other departments.
• Monitor productivity, manpower, and resource utilization.
• Ensure adherence to safety, 5S, and process standards.
• Coordinate material dispatch and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Resolve operational issues and support continuous improvement.
• Guide and motivate the team for better performance.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and update management.

Good leadership and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Good Excel skills
