Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage patient flow on the floor, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
  
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless patient care and satisfaction.
  
• Handle patient grievances and concerns in a professional manner, resolving issues promptly.
  
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in hospital management or related field (preferably NABH accredited).
  
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, patient care principles, and hospital administration practices.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, doctors, nurses, etc.
