Floor Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of the eye hospital, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
• Oversee patient care services, including admission, discharge, and treatment planning.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient use of resources and effective communication among team members.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on hospital performance, quality improvement initiatives, and patient satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

• 3-5 years' experience in hospital administration or related field (eye hospital preferred).
• Strong knowledge of NABH standards and guidelines for hospital management.
• Proven track record in floor management, patient care, and hospital operations.
