Floor Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Lead, guide and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and overall sales targets.
• Handle important customers and high-value sales personally when required.
• Ensure customers receive a premium and personalized buying experience.
• Train and mentor sales executives on product knowledge, customer handling and sales techniques.
• Track sales targets and prepare regular performance reports for management.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and support customer retention.

Preferred candidate profile

• 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in jewellery, diamonds, luxury retail or premium retail.
• BBA / MBA / Engineering / Any Graduate.
• Proven experience in sales/team management and retail operations.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer-handling abilities.
• Strong understanding of sales targets, conversion and customer relationship management.
• Ability to handle high-value customers and complex sales situations.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Professional personality with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

Note: Working hours and weekly offs will be as per the requirements and operating schedule of the retail jewellery business.
