Arundhati Jewellers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Floor Manager to oversee daily showroom operations, lead the sales team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in jewellery retail, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales while ensuring operational excellence.

• Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom floor.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Ensure every customer receives a premium shopping experience by providing excellent service and resolving customer concerns promptly.
• Monitor product displays, visual merchandising, cleanliness, and overall showroom presentation.
• Ensure proper stock availability on the sales floor and coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams for replenishment.
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and adherence to company policies and SOPs.
• Train and mentor Sales Executives on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service standards.
• Coordinate with the Store Manager to implement promotional campaigns, festive offers, and sales initiatives.
• Handle customer escalations, exchange requests, and service-related issues professionally.
• Maintain daily sales reports, staff performance reports, and operational records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, security procedures, and audit requirements.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship skills.

• Knowledge of jewellery products, diamond and gold ornaments, and retail operations.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and retail billing/ERP software.

• Bachelors degree in any discipline (MBA will be an added advantage).
• 3-6 years of experience in jewellery retail, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or floor management role.
• Strong understanding of jewellery showroom operations and customer handling.
