Hospital Floor Coordinator

• Manage day-to-day IPD/floor operations, patient flow, and departmental workflow.
  
• Coordinate patient and patient party handling, providing information and resolving queries.
  
• Manage bed allocation, bed transfer, vacant bed status, and step-down bed arrangements.
  
• Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, diagnostic/lab, billing, and other departments for patient requirements.
  
• Handle admission, discharge, DOR/DORB, advance deposits, and final bill settlement.
  
• Monitor and maintain records related to ventilator/oxygen support, special therapy, incubated patients, admissions, and discharges.
  
• Manage patient feedback, grievances, cross-consultations, and communication between patients, consultants, and management.
  
• Coordinate blood/supplement arrangements, mortuary records, birth/death certificates, and related documentation.
  
• Ensure compliance with hospital hygiene, infection control, safety, and security policies.
  
• Maintain duty rosters, departmental records, and support staff training and operational activities.
  
• Perform responsibilities as Night MOD (Manager on Duty) and other duties assigned by management.
