Job Description

Ujala Cygnus Amritdhara My Hospital is looking for a dynamic and patient-focused Floor Admin / Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to ensure a seamless patient experience and coordinate day-to-day operational activities across hospital floors.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients and attendants with admission, discharge, and hospital-related queries.
• Ensure smooth coordination between patients, nursing stations, doctors, and support departments.
• Conduct regular floor rounds to monitor patient satisfaction and service quality.
• Address patient concerns and escalate issues to the concerned department for timely resolution.
• Guide patients regarding appointments, investigations, procedures, and billing processes.
• Maintain effective communication with patients and their families.
• Support hospital operations by coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams.
• Maintain records of patient feedback, complaints, and service recovery actions.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, service standards, and quality protocols.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Healthcare Management preferred).
• 2-4 years of experience in hospitals, healthcare, hospitality, or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and patient-handling abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management systems is preferred.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
