Role Description The Flipkart Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. This role is responsible for managing and growing assigned seller or brand accounts on Flipkart, including overseeing product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory alignment. The Account Manager monitors sales performance, analyzes marketplace data, and implements strategies to improve visibility, conversion rates, and revenue. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams for catalog updates, resolving listing or operational issues, and maintaining regular communication with clients to share performance reports and recommendations. The role also involves staying updated on Flipkart policies and programs, ensuring compliance, and identifying new opportunities such as campaigns, deals, or advertising options to drive growth.

- Ability to manage client relationships, communicate clearly, and present performance insights in a structured way.
- Familiarity with inventory coordination, order flow, and basic supply chain concepts for e-commerce.
- Detail-oriented approach with the ability to troubleshoot listing, catalog, and policy-related issues.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in an e-commerce agency or online retail environment will be an advantage.
