Role Summary:
Serve as a consultant with hands-on experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE, managing customer interactions, gathering and analyzing business requirements, and providing end-to-end support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
What Youll Do:
- Manage customer interactions and communications
- Gather and analyze business requirements
- Finalize solution approaches and product configurations
- Provide end-to-end support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams
What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Hands-on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE
- Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL
- Knowledge of Flexcube 14.x Core, IC, EoD, GL, OBCL, and OBBR
