We are looking for a Flexcube Functional Business Analyst with 5-10 years of experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE and related Oracle Banking products. The candidate will work closely with customers, business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and testing teams across implementation and support activities.

We are looking for a Flexcube Functional Business Analyst with 5-10 years of experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE and related Oracle Banking products. The candidate will work closely with customers, business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and testing teams across implementation and support activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product demonstrations, requirement gathering, workshops, and business process discussions
- Analyze business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis against FLEXCUBE, OBPY, and Oracle Banking Party capabilities
- Participate in functional solution discussions and recommend suitable product/configuration solutions
- Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, business rules, and functional scenarios
- Define data migration processes, source-to-target mapping, transformation requirements, and validation
- Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, test case preparation, defect analysis, and resolution
- Address customer queries and provide functional clarifications throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with development, integration, migration, and testing teams to ensure successful implementation
- Support post-implementation / production issues and functional troubleshooting when required
- 5-10 years of experience as a Functional BA / Functional Consultant in Banking
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle FLEXCUBE
- Good exposure to OBPY and Oracle Banking Party
- Experience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional solutioning, and documentation
- Hands-on experience with data migration, mapping, and testing activities
- Good understanding of SIT, UAT, defect management, and functional validation
- Strong customer-facing, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with business, functional, technical, and testing teams
