Role & responsibilities
- Rider Hiring: Drive rider hiring and onboarding in coordination with the recruitment team.
- Fleet Productivity: Monitor rider utilisation, orders per rider, login hours, and delivery performance.
- First Point of Contact: Take ownership of rider concerns and resolve operational, attendance, payout, incentive, and app-related issues.
- Fleet Availability: Ensure adequate rider strength across Dark Stores to meet daily business demand.
- Performance Excellence: Improve delivery TAT, fleet efficiency, and rider productivity.
- Attrition Control: Identify rider challenges, improve engagement, and reduce fleet dropouts.
- Ground-Level Leadership: Coordinate with recruiters, Dark Store teams, and delivery partners to keep Last Mile operations running smoothly.
