Fleet Management Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily vehicle allocation and fleet operations.
• Coordinate with drivers for trip schedules and vehicle availability.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer implementation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Monitor vehicle movement using GPS tracking systems.
• Track vehicle attendance, trip details, mileage, and fuel consumption.
• Follow up on vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance.
• Maintain records of vehicle documents, insurance, permits, and other compliance requirements.
• Handle vehicle breakdowns and coordinate with service centres for quick resolution.
• Monitor driver performance, attendance, and discipline.
• Coordinate with customers, drivers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Prepare and maintain daily and monthly fleet reports.
• Identify operational issues and take timely corrective action.
• Ensure vehicles are available and in good working condition.
• Support cost control by monitoring fuel, maintenance, and other fleet expenses.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of vehicle operations and fleet management.
• Basic knowledge of GPS/vehicle tracking systems.
• Good Excel and reporting skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability.
• Ability to manage multiple vehicles and drivers.
• Willingness to handle urgent operational requirements.
• Previous experience in fleet, transport, logistics, or vehicle operations will be an advantage.
