Fixed Income Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Source bonds from brokers based on RM orders, negotiating for preferential cost. Keep constant track of what instruments are available, allowing for efficient fill of RM orders, and effective suggestions based on client requirements. Preparing Cash Flows for RMs for prosepctive options, allowing them to better understand the NCD, and understand their revenue. Be available to discuss a particular NCD with RM, so they are better informed before a meeting or pitch.
• Curation - Support in deal sourcing & execution on exclusive basis for Centrum with brokers/issuers, marketing / building brand Centrum's placement capabilities. -
  Execution Collaborating with legal, operations, & accounts teams for seamless execution trade execution, handling queries and managing reporting requirements, end to end process for the secondary market share transfer, creating marketing collaterals.
  Data dissemination with RMs, scheduling meetings for product/deal understanding, supporting RMs in transaction closure by liaisoning across departments operations, legal & accounts
• Preparing Internal Credit Notes and Decks for new fixed income issues to be sent out to RMs. Being available to RMs for furthery queries clients may have regarding the NCD. Helping RMs understand the pitch.
