Fix Term Trainee

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day production operations in the manufacturing plant.
• Monitor process parameters and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Support batch charging, reaction monitoring, filtration, drying, and packaging activities.
• Maintain production records, logbooks, and batch manufacturing documents.
• Follow safety, health, and environmental (SHE) guidelines at all times.
• Coordinate with production supervisors and shift in-charges for smooth plant operations.
• Assist in troubleshooting minor process-related issues.
• Ensure housekeeping and cleanliness in the assigned work area.
• Support quality and compliance requirements as per company standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering, B.Sc. (Organic Chemistry), or M.Sc. (Organic Chemistry).
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
