Key Responsibilities

• Follow assembly schedules
• Assemble components as per drawings and BOM with accuracy and speed
• Identify and report defects or issues immediately
• Meet machine dispatch timelines
• Maintain assigned tools and measuring instruments.
• Support machine dispatch and on-site troubleshooting
• Operate workshop machines (lathe, drilling, milling).

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: ITI - Fitter
• Preferred Qualification: Diploma in Fitter

Experience

• Minimum experience required: 3-6 years
• Welding, fabrication, and machine operation experience will be preferred

Competencies

• Knowledge of assembly, drilling, and tapping tools.
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Proficient in basic measuring instruments
• Quick understanding of assembly sequences
