Fitter Technician

Granulation: Help maintain Rapid Mixer Granulators (RMG) and Fluid Bed Dryers (FBD/Glatt). Assist in checking seals, impellers, filters, and spray nozzles.

Tablet Compression & Capsule: Assist with setting up tablet compression machines and capsule filling machines. Clean and inspect punches, dies, and dosing discs.

Coating & Packing: Support basic checkups of auto-coater pans, blister packing machines, and cartoning lines.

Routine Care: Perform regular cleaning, oiling, greasing, and tightening of nuts/bolts on production machines.

Support Breakdown Repair: Work alongside senior mechanics during equipment breakdowns to replace worn-out mechanical parts (belts, gaskets, bearings).

Safety & cGMP: Follow pharma plant safety rules, wear PPE, and maintain clean toolkits and work areas.
