Location: Guwahati | Assam
Experience: 5-10 Years
Industry: Hotel Construction
We're Looking For:
5-10 years of experience in Hotel Interior Fit-Out Projects (Mandatory)
Strong knowledge of Interior Finishes, Civil Works & MEP
Coordination
Experience in managing contractors, consultants, and site
execution
Ability to deliver projects on time with high-quality standards
Key Responsibilities:
Execute and supervise hotel fit-out works
Coordinate with Architects, Consultants & MEP Teams
Ensure quality, safety & project timelines
Conduct inspections, snagging & project handover
Monitor site progress and contractor performance
Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
