Fitness & Nutrition Coach

Role & responsibilities:

• Coach Elevate clients online through training, nutrition and lifestyle
• Build personalised nutrition plans with calories, macros and meal structure, built around Indian food
• Program training to fit each clients goals, level and schedule
• Run weekly check-ins and adjust plans based on progress data
• Keep clients accountable over WhatsApp and our coaching app
• Work closely with the founder to keep improving client results

Preferred candidate profile:

• 2+ years of coaching real clients, with a track record of results
• A recognised PT certification (ACE, NASM, ISSA, K11, INFS or similar)
• A nutrition certification or a degree in nutrition / dietetics. This is a must.
• Strong understanding of nutrition science, training principles and biomechanics
• Comfortable with online coaching tools and clear communication in English and Hindi

This is NOT for typical gym trainers who’ve only worked out for years. We want coaches who’ve studied the science and can explain the “why” behind every decision.
