Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Fish Health Vet Manager to lead fish health and welfare programs across hatchery, early-stage, and offshore production operations. The role will focus on disease diagnosis, health monitoring, treatment protocols, fish welfare, and improving survival and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead fish health management across hatchery and production operations.
• Diagnose and manage fish diseases, mortality events, and health issues.
• Conduct disease surveillance, necropsies, sample collection, and microscopy.
• Develop fish health monitoring schedules and reporting systems.
• Design and implement treatment protocols and ensure responsible use of veterinary medicines.
• Train and mentor fish health technicians and production teams.
• Develop, implement, and audit SOPs related to fish health, handling, and welfare.
• Work with regulatory authorities, veterinarians, researchers, and industry stakeholders.
• Manage fish health budgets, laboratory consumables, equipment, and veterinary inventory.
• Support initiatives to improve fish survival, welfare, productivity, and farm sustainability.

• Ability to work closely with production teams and manage fish health programs in a commercial farming environment.
