Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) for US healthcare providers.
• Work on denial management and take prompt actions to resolve denials.
• Review assigned work orders accurately.
• Follow up with insurance carriers to check claim status and ensure timely processing.
• Track outstanding claims and obtain payment information once processed.
• Analyze rejected claims and take corrective action.
• Ensure all deliverables meet the required quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in AR Calling, Denial Management, Web Portal navigation, and Denied Claims handling.
• Work From Office only.
• Immediate joiners or candidates currently serving notice period preferred.
• Must have complete documents (Education certificates, Offer letters, Payslips, Relieving letters, etc.).

Cab facility available up to 30 km radius (One Way)

• Night Shift
• Should be flexible to work in any shift or timing.
