Responsibilities

• Fire Pump Room Responsibility: Ensure that all pumps in working condition/Auto mode
• Fire Pump Room Responsibility: Ensure Pressure gauges are working
• Fire Pump Room Responsibility: Checking of Gong bell
• Fire Pump Room Responsibility: Check diesel pump engine oil condition/level
• Fire Pump Room Responsibility: Check diesel engine battery condition
• Fire Pump Room Responsibility: Ensure all valves of pump room should be in open condition
• Fire Pump Room Responsibility: Ensure diesel tank level should be 80% above
• Fire Pump Room Responsibility: Ensure daily checklist has to be signed by shift fire officer
• Fire Pump Room Responsibility: Ensure all First Aid and Fire Fighting Equipments are serviceable
• Fire Pump Room Responsibility: 24/7 Ensure fire water tank level
• Fire Pump Room Responsibility: Beacon light should be in working condition of pumps- check
• Fire Pump Room Responsibility: Ensure all the pumps should be leakage free
• Smoke Ventilation System/Pressurization System Responsibility: Ensure all fresh air fans in auto mode
• Smoke Ventilation System/Pressurization System Responsibility: Ensure all smoke exhaust fans in auto mode
• Smoke Ventilation System/Pressurization System Responsibility: Ensure all pressurization fans are in auto mode
• Smoke Ventilation System/Pressurization System Responsibility: Ensure all Normal Exhaust fans are in auto mode
• Common Responsibility: Conduct Evacuation drill of Building
• Common Responsibility: Emergency response plan for clients in case of any emergency
• Common Responsibility: Ensure Smooth Operation of Traffic
• Common Responsibility: Check Guards duties and posts
• Common Responsibility: Penalties for wrong parking and smoking, work with without safety Deposition of money
• Common Responsibility: Handling of parking issues
• Common Responsibility: Training/ briefing of Guards on Fire safety and security
• Common Responsibility: Inspecting hot work area
• Common Responsibility: Checking of PPE at the site
• Common Responsibility: Issue Different Types of permits
• Common Responsibility: Checking and inspection with safety standards of fit out area
• Equipment Facility Checks: Monitor indicator bulbs, electrical panel mats, drain conditions, signage (no smoking, floor signs, panic bars, layout, and exits), and ensure lift lobbies and fire exits remain clear of obstacles. Verify break hammers for FHC, maintain equipment documentation, and inspect the terrace, staircases, and all emergency exits. Ensure all hydrant and sprinkler fire line valves remain open.
• HSE Safety Compliance: Conduct quarterly client evacuation drills, attend HSE and safety community meetings, participate in emergency exercises, and take part in near-miss, incident, and accident investigations with prompt preventive follow-up. Ensure timely safety observation completion, spread safety awareness across the team, and remain observant of unsafe acts while adhering to safety management systems.
