Fire Fighting Supervisor

Description

We are seeking an experienced Fire Fighting Supervisor to lead our firefighting team and ensure the highest standards of fire safety and emergency response. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in firefighting operations and be responsible for training personnel, maintaining equipment, and implementing fire safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate fire safety operations and emergency response plans.
• Conduct regular training sessions for fire safety personnel and new recruits.
• Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and standards.
• Inspect and maintain firefighting equipment and emergency response tools.
• Develop and implement fire prevention strategies and safety protocols.
• Respond to fire alarms and emergency calls, providing leadership during firefighting operations.
• Collaborate with local fire departments and emergency services for joint training exercises and drills.

Skills and Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in firefighting or emergency management.
• Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations, codes, and standards in India.
• Proficient in operating firefighting equipment and tools.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Strong communication skills for effective coordination with team members and external agencies.
• Certification in fire safety management or related fields is preferred.
