About this role
Role & responsibilities
* Prepare *fire-fighting shop, coordinated & as-built drawings*.
* Work on *hydrant, sprinkler, hose reel, fire pump room, fire water tank & landing valve* layouts.
* Coordinate drawings with *HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical* services.
* Prepare drawings using *AutoCAD* (mandatory); *Revit MEP* preferred.
* Support *BOQ, material take-offs, site coordination & technical clarifications*.
* Ensure drawings comply with *fire safety standards/codes* such as NBC/NFPA.
Preferred candidate profile
45 years of relevant Fire Fighting Drafting/MEP experience
Strong AutoCAD skills
Knowledge of fire-fighting systems and layouts
Revit MEP knowledge preferred
Good communication and coordination skills
Willingness for *Pan-India deployment/travel
