Fire And Safety Officer - EHS & ESG

Role & responsibilities

• Fire Prevention: System operability, monthly inspections, zero major fire incidents.
• Emergency Preparedness: 6 drills/year, ERT certification, improved response time.
• Risk & Compliance: Annual FRA, timely action closure, zero audit non-compliances.
• Safety Inspections: Weekly inspections and timely closure of unsafe conditions.
• Training & Awareness: Employee/contractor training and specialized safety training.
• Incident Management: Incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Statutory Compliance: Timely fire NOC/license renewals and audit compliance.
• Documentation & Reporting: Updated safety records and timely monthly reports.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Engineering / Science (preferred)

Technical Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Fire & Industrial Safety or Occupational Safety

Grade: Officer to Executive

Experience: Minimum 3–8 years in manufacturing / process industry handling fire & safety operations

Location: Head Office, Faridabad

Reporting Manager: EHS & ESG Head
