Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Chargeback and Dispute Resolution processes.
• Oversee daily Settlement Operations and ensure timely merchant and banking settlements.
• Handle Reconciliation (Transaction, Settlement, Merchant, and Bank Reconciliation) activities.
• Monitor operational KPIs and ensure adherence to defined SLAs.
• Identify process gaps and implement operational improvements and automation initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Risk, Nodal, Finance, Product, Technology, and Banking Partners.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the operations team, ensuring productivity and performance.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and operational reviews for senior management.
• Handle escalations and drive issue resolution within defined timelines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and operational dashboards.
