Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise tile installation at multiple projects ensuring design compliance and premium finish.
• Conduct quality checks at every stage: substrate preparation, adhesive application, grouting, and finishing.
• Provide feedback to labourers to improve skills and adherence to standards.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of on-ground tiling work experience
• Strong knowledge of tile types, adhesives, grout, and layouts.
• Demonstrated ability to train and supervise teams.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ensure timely de-snagging and delivery-ready units for clients.

Requirements:

• 10+ years on-ground experience in handover, snagging, and de-snagging
• Strong knowledge of all finishing trades and quality standards.
