About this role
- Supervise daily finishing activities, including plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, putty, false ceiling, doors, windows, and other finishing works.
- Allocate manpower and monitor workers and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of finishing activities as per project schedules.
- Ensure execution of finishing work according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and instructions from site engineers.
- Monitor workmanship, surface finishing, alignment, levels, and dimensions to ensure quality and minimize rework.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and other departments for material requirements, work sequencing, and resolution of site issues.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials, tools, and equipment while maintaining site cleanliness and compliance with safety procedures.
- Maintain daily progress records, report quality issues and delays to the reporting manager, and support timely project completion.
