Finishing Engineer

Required Skills :

• Strong knowledge of building finishing works and construction practices.
• Good understanding of finishing materials, specifications, and construction methodologies.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and finishing drawings.
• Good knowledge of quantity measurement and estimation.
• Strong site supervision and contractor management skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple finishing activities simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and relevant construction/project management software.
• Strong focus on quality, timelines, and attention to detail.

Eligibility

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building construction and finishing works.
• Experience in residential, commercial, high-rise, or large-scale building projects will be preferred.
• Candidates with strong experience in high-end finishing and interior-related works will have an added advantage.
