Finishing Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Ensure high-quality finishing work on residential projects, including painting, plastering, and other related tasks.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement in the finishing process.
• Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to resolve issues and optimize workflows.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Job Requirements :

• 11-15 years of experience in the engineering & construction industry, specifically in finishing operations.
• Strong knowledge of fitness testing methods for building materials and finishes.
• Proven track record of successfully completing large-scale residential projects from start to finish.
