Finishing Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage and coordinate the installation of false ceilings, plastering, and other interior finishes in high-rise buildings.
• Oversee site execution of interior works, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.

Job Requirements :

• 4-12 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (preferably in real estate construction).
• Strong knowledge of interior finishing techniques for high-rise buildings (false ceilings, plastering).
• Proven track record in managing complex projects from concept to completion.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
